How It Works

Sign Up

Complete registration and payment using the Sign Up button. You'll see an on-screen confirmation and receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.

Tip: If you're registering on behalf of someone else, use the attendee's email address so the access link goes to the right inbox.

Make sure our emails reach you

Check Junk/Spam/Promotions if the confirmation doesn't arrive.
Mark one of our emails "Not Spam" and add abss@sesprseducation.com to your contacts/allowlist.
Still nothing after 10 minutes? Visit Support → "I'm not receiving email."

Tech check (optional but recommended)

Before the event:

Use a modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) on a stable internet connection.
On hospital networks: many hospitals restrict streaming. Check with your IT department. If playback is blocked, switch to a personal/home network or cellular hotspot.
Headphones recommended for best audio.

Day-of access

On the morning of the event:

Open your unique link (or go to the portal and sign in).
Click "Watch Live."
If the player hasn't started, refresh the page once the countdown reaches zero.
Use the Session Chat for moderated Q&A when available.

Time zone: All times are listed in Eastern Time (ET) unless noted otherwise.

On-demand replay

Replays will be posted to the portal after sessions conclude. Your same login works for replays.

Not receiving email? Check Support → "I'm not receiving email."
